The hotel impressed us with its excellent service and a very warm welcome. Staff at reception were outstanding and made everything easy. Excellent breakfast. The rooftop spa was a real treat. The only downside was the restaurant experience, which lacked both culinary appeal and professionalism in managing a problematic situation with fellow diners.

Hôtel rénové récemment dans le style Art Deco très agréable, en front de mer, très bien situé et proche de l’embarcadère des 7 îles La chambre vue mer est magnifique et permet une vue sur toute la baie Nous avons très bien dîné au restaurant Le personnel est adorable et très attentif Le parking est gratuit pour les résidents de l’hôtel Nous recommandons vivement le Grand Hôtel

Personnel qui paraît à bout de souffle ou pas organisé, donc manque de professionnalisme, et des clients laissés à l’abandon. Il y a vraisemblablement un manque de prise en main au niveau de la direction. On vous dessert en même temps qu’on vous sert le plat suivant. Vous cherchez votre carte bleue et le serveur impatient n’attend pas. Nous avons vraiment eu l’impression de déranger, y compris pour réserver le petit-déjeuner du lendemain matin, où on nous a dit d’abord que ça n’était pas possible, puis que c’était possible, mais qu’il fallait un accord, pour finalement dire oui. Pour un 4 étoiles, c’est un peu faiblard De plus, après avoir pris le petit-déjeuner ce matin dans l’établissement, on nous a téléphoné à 13h pour nous demander si nous avions réglé le petit-déjeuner payé d’avance et par obligation hier soir ! Ahurissant 🤨 En revanche, accueil au petit-déjeuner top 💫c’est au moins ça 🤔

Hôtel trés bien, mention spéciale pour le spa qui est dédié à la détente. Le restaurant et le service pas à la hauteur, 2h00 entre notre arrivée et le plat. Nous sommes venus pour un anniversaire de Mariage et aucune attention n'a été réservée pour notre arrivée, déception..

Magnifique chambre avec vue sur la mer. Petit déjeuner délicieux pris en salle au cinquième étage, superbe vue, qualité et quantité sont au rendez-vous et service impecable. La qualité du restaurant n'est pas en accord avec un 4 étoiles, beaucoup trop lent, 1heure entre l'installation à table et la présentation des cartes puis encore une longue attente pour être servi des plats et presque encore 1 heure pour être servi des désserts, Dommage car la cuisine est très bien. Je pense qu'il manquait du monde pour le service. Les personnes présentes faisaient leurs possibles.
