住45平米房間側窗看海，乾濕分離，衞生間獨立，都很滿意的。服務一般，大堂面對海的餐廳衹能吃飯時候用，不能喝飲料用。早餐咖啡，茶都是要叫服務員，服務員不懂英語。總體環境很好。

Nous ne pouvons qu être ravis de notre séjour ou tout y était parfait. Chambre spacieuse, très propre et literie ferme. La vue du SPA est juste magnifique comme la salle du petit déjeuner. Celui ci est très copieux avec des produits frais et locaux, Le personnel est très agréable et de bons conseils

Endroit luxueux avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de Perros . Beau Spa , et piscine sympa. La ou le bât blesse c’est le service . Autant le personnel est aimable et serviable , autant le service d’étage laisse fortement à désirer. Nous sommes restés 5 nuits et jamais malgré nos demandes nous n’avons eu le remplacement des savons et autres fournitures, ni des bouteilles d’eau pourtant inclues dans le prix de la chambre . De plus le restaurant ne propose qu’un seul menu pour la semaine . Un geste commercial eut été le bienvenu ………… mais non . Dommage….

Es un hotel moderno y perfectamente situado en Perros-Girec. Ofrece una experiencia única gracias a sus impresionantes vistas desde la habitacion y su excelente servicio. La zona de aguas es uno de los puntos más destacados, con una vista espectacular que complementa el ambiente de relajación. El servicio del personal es sumamente atento. Aunque no pudimos cenar en el restaurante del hotel debido a la falta de mesas, rápidamente nos encontraron una alternativa donde también tuvimos una excelente experiencia gastronómica. La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable, lo que, combinado con las increíbles vistas, lo convierte en una opción ideal para una estancia inolvidable. Muy recomendable.

Nous avons réservé un séjour pour l’anniversaire de ma femme en demandant une chambre avec une belle vue, nous avions choisi du dimanche au mardi pour bénéficier du surclassement indiqué sur le site et rien n’a été fait dans ce sens Notre chambre donnait sur le parking avec le bruit des voitures et des valises et les désagréments que cela comporte , places à côté de l’ascenseur Pour un établissement de cette renommée , aucune attention ou geste particulier par rapport à notre requête Les toilettes avaient des traces marron dans le fond, l’évier et la paroi de douches des traces de moisissure Très déçus pour un hôtel de ce standing

This was a lovely hotel. It had all the facilities we wanted including spa, pool, bar and restaurant, parking and EV charging . The rooms were tastefully done and clean. The view from the restaurant and terrace was amazing as I am sure also from the rooms facing the sea. The staff we friendly and welcoming and the breakfast delicious. We didn't try the tasting menu due to the price but sampled the many local restaurants. The bar food was tasty, well presented and affordable.

Ce n'est pas le 5 étoiles que nous garderons forcément sur le podium parmi ceux que nous avons fréquentés, nous n'avions qu'un peignoir dans la chambre à l'arrivée, et nous avons dû une fois attendre 45 mn que notre chambre soit faite (dans l'apres midi). Il faudrait aussi davantage de rangements dans la chambre pour les vêtements. Nous n'avons pu caser toutes nos affaires correctement. Néanmoins la vue mer en chambre est superbe et ça reste le point fort de notre séjour, qualité des mets au restaurant également.
