Just returned home after a 2 night stay here. The place is immaculate, extremely comfortable and well equipped room. The staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming. We had an evening meal which was delicious & breakfast was tasty & plentiful. Rachael was excellent as she remembered our preferences & choices. Would definitely recommend & would return without hesitation.

Floss looked after us from the word go. Excellent service, food, wine, gin, surroundings. First visit we will be back an excellent evening, couldn’t fault anything at all. We had salt and pepper squid, lobster, and custard tart, double espresso and Sauvignon Blanc. Bravo NI, you’re fab. As is Floss!

Went in for lunch with my husband. I had the lobster linguine and it was exceptionally good, even the basil leaves were perfectly toasted. My husband had the carbonara, which was fabulous. Chef was Pete and waitress was Aimee. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

We arrived for breakfast at 09.25. It finally arrived at 10.33. Whilst the waitress apologised it took her nearly an hour to do so. The excuse given was that the chef had to cook the sausages from fresh as they had had a busy morning and he had no prepped sausages left. In all my 53 years it has never taken me over and hour to cook a sausage and I am not a professional chef. My husband was convinced it was being cooked on a candle. When it finally arrived the extra egg I had asked for was not on the plate and the one I did have was hard. . At the till I told the waitress not to charge me for the extra egg as I did not receive it. Her response? "No worries" and she showed me the receipt, pleased with herself she had removed it from the bill. Only when I then said that I wasn't happy to receive only one egg when I had ordered two after already having to wait over an hour for it did she apologise.Not a very sincere apology either. Not the first time we have had issues there, particularly with the service. We were also not asked if everything was alright during our meal. Basic service etiquette . We will not be returning.

Lovely to be back here , fab staff great breakfast , super clean and comfortable room , we love it here so much ,just to say a Big big thank you to Leah , Floss , Shaun, Ellie and Rachel who really made us feel very special and couldn't do enough to make our stay enjoyable and fab Thank you so much . Would stay again
Stayed on business, had a great room, comfy bed, curtains which meant the room could be in the dark (not always a given). No road noise despite room being at the front. Breakfast very decent but not early enough for me starting at 7:30am would work for most people though I guess. shower worked well, toiletries provided - overall a great stay
