Four stars out of five because only the gods are perfect. But this place almost reaches that level. The reception is friendly and adequate. The rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is tasty and there’s more than enough choice. So nothing bad to say

Polite reception staff. Bar and restaurant staff happy to engage in conversation and advise on local foods and wine. Rooms clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony with olive trees. Able to have a glass of wine pre and post dinner. Our waiter brought the bottle back to our in a cooler.

As we french family we visited the hotel and we expected it really 4 stars hotel but it doesn't with thats room never deserve 4 stars as well as bad Bad treatment from the waiters, they have no manners or communication skills. The food is not good. The potatoes with grilled chicken were very salty. Also, the octopus in the buffet was insanely salty. In my opinion, there are many places better than this place.

Das Zimmer war kleiner als angegeben und es ist sehr Renovierungsbedürfig. Die Toilettenspülung ging 4 Tage lang nicht und ist durchgelaufen was sehr laut war. Am ersten Tag ist direkt der klapprige Balkonstuhl eingebrochen, da er so alt und porös war, wobei mein Partner sich sehr verletzt hat an herausstehenden Haken aus der Wand. Wir haben 5 Tage lang das Personal angebettelt uns einen Stuhl zu bringen. Irgendwann kam dann einer.. Personal ist sehr unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich absolut nicht willkommen.. das Hotel hätte Potenzial, da es teilweise renoviert ist und einen schönen Poolbereich hat. Allerdings sind die Zimmer, das Essen und das Personal katastrophal. Es ist absolut seinen hohen Preis nicht wert und absolut keine 4 Sterne. Maximal 3. Ich rate dringend davon ab, wenn man einen schönen Urlaub haben möchte. Für das Geld was die hier verlangen können sie einen 100 mal schöneren Urlaub in den Plava Laguna Hotels machen!

It was great, we recommend. The place and the service were absolutely fine. The location was good, not far from the sea. Croatia is a beautiful country, many interesting places worth seeing. Not far from the airport. We are very pleased with our stay.

With a tour organized by TUI the first + the last 2 nights. A self-proclaimed 4 star hotel where the owner is crazy. Ridiculously high prices for drinks, limited dinner buffet and simple breakfast. Taste is fine by the way. Swimming pool looks good. Distance to beach 20 minutes. Towel and parasol at the pool for a fee. Simple dated rooms. Very clean. The hotel has air conditioning but find 25° not warm enough to turn it on. Sweating in bed or being eaten by mosquitoes.

Excellent Lunch We needed a refuelling stop on our bike ride into Pula. We had an excellent lunch which gave us the energy to finish the ride. We had the succulent well seasoned chicken with roast potatoes and sour cream dressing and the boys had pizza. It was worth straying from the cycle route.
