各方面都比較滿意，就是酒店大門口正在搞基建，挖了個大坑，不能通行，我們圍着酒店轉了兩圈才找到入口位置停車。客人也需要七彎八拐才能到達酒店大堂，其它都滿意。

Старый номерной фонд, что-то с вентиляцией в номере, мебель требует ремонта. В комнате был запах плесени и затхлости, коридор прокуренный. Качество уборки оставляет желать лучшего. В углах ванной черный налет. Гостиница явно требует ремонта. Не рекомендую

Размещались вдвоем в номере категории стандартный одноместный с полутороспальной кроватью "Премиум". Номер просторный, чистый, светлый. Во всю длину стены окна. Отдельно хочу отметить воздушную постель и приятные мягкие полотенца. В номере есть кондиционер, холодильник и фен. А также стаканы, чашки, чай черный/зеленый, открывалка, бутылочка воды 0,5 на каждого гостя (вода пополнялась на вторые сутки проживания). Предоставляется по количеству человек в номере шапочка для душа, шампунь, гель для душа, зубной набор и тапочки. Есть швейный набор, щетка для одежды и губка для обуви. Запрашивали при бронировании вид из номера на город. Номер предоставили в соответствии с запросом с отличным видом на Комсомольский проспект. Любителям тишины рекомендую бронировать номера с видом во двор. На проспекте большой поток машин, в номере шумно при открытых окнах. Почему-то после первых суток проживания не вынесли мусор. Это некомфортно. На этаже есть кулер. Завтрак в формате шведский стол проходит в ресторане на первом этаже в будни с 07:00 до 10:00. В выходные дни время проведения завтрака отличается (к отзыву приложено фото с ориентировочным расписанием на неделю). Завтрак вполне достойный для своей стоимости 500 р. с человека. Не всё супер вкусно, но есть из чего выбрать. В первый день были следующие блюда: каши (на молоке и на воде), отличный омлет, творожная запеканка, куриный бульон с гренками, биточки мясные, фрикасе из курицы, сосиски, макароны, овощи на пару, капустный салат с огурцом, а также овощи, фрукты, нарезки сырные и колбасные, йогурт, выпечка и сладости, сваренный кофе и чай, в том числе готовый вкусный каркаде. На другой день ассортимент блюд незначительно отличался. Расположен отель в самом сердце города. Достопримечательности, набережная Камы, остановки общественного транспорта, продуктовые магазины и рестораны рядом и в избытке.

Какое счастье,что бронировала эту гостиницу не читая отзывов. Исключительно по цене и местоположению. Потому,что были приятно удивлены отношение и сервисом. Жили в номере джуниор сьюит. С окнами на Компросс. Придраться не к чему. А я очень капризный турист))) В номере было всегда чисто,убрано. Каждый день обновлялась бутилированная вода. Учитывая очень жаркую погоду ,это было весьма кстати. Всегда были сахар,чай,кофе. Все исправно работало.Даже в ванной был полный фарш : кроме стандартных мыла-геля-шапочки-шампуня и ополаскивателя вам точно не нужно заботиться о том, что обычно предоставляется в отелях более высокой категории. По первому требованию предоставлялось все необходимое. В отеле есть стиральная машина и гладильная ,что мне,как туристу было очень удобно.Отдельное спасибо администратору Елене,за оперативность и внимание. Нам даже позвонили по поводу оставленных вещей с предложением их вернуть. Что крайне удивительно для службы отелей. Мы покупали номер с завтраком . Что понравилось в этой услуге : при невозможности позавтракать на всех человек выдавался сухой паек,который замечательно спасал нас на дальних экскурсиях.Что не понравилось : шведский стол очень скромный. В летнее время овощей и почти нет. Огурцы,который исчезали еще до нашего прихода (мы выходили к завтраку к 9.00).Фрукты нам не достались ни разу. не было ни черного ни зернового хлеба.масло было постоянно мягким(ведь совсем не сложно положить упаковки масла на лед).Не было творога (сырники и запеканка -так себе замена свежему продукту).И еще одна ситуация ,за которую,в купе с питанием, пришлось снять звезду.Получилось так,что у нас был ранний заезд и ранний выезд (мы выезжали в 4 утра, а приехали в 6.00)Наш номер был уже готов. Но нас не заселили. Убедительная просьба к администрации пересмотреть отношение к таким ситуациям . Получается, что 8 часов,оплаченные нами просто пропали. Это неприятно.

Жила неделю во время командировки. Выспаться не получилось ни разу! Звукоизоляция отсутствует от слова совсем. Для рабочей поездки отель категорически не подходит. Остальное всё (номера, завтраки) в принципе терпимо. Не рекомендую этот отель

Средний отель, переделан из советского. Старые ванны, и сантехника. В принципе чисто. Их поразительного - сервис. В 00 часовззавыла сигнализация про пожар. Воет она там сильно и громко. Минут 5 когда все вышли последовало объявление тревога ложная. Всё вернулись спать. Через 5 минут спустя снова сигнал. Потом снова выключили. И когда в 3 раз вы пытайтесь спать охрана начинает на 123 проверять эти микрофоны на весь отель. В час ночи. Прелесть сервиса в том, что утром никто не извиниться. Есть чай но нет чайника в номере. Нет воды и нет инструкции где куллеры или что её оказывается можно у горничной взять. Отлично экономит на людях и сервисе отель Прикамье.
