Our room was pretty nice. But the common spaces smelled of *** and the lighting was very dim in the upstairs hallways. It was fine for a one night stay.

Arrived in our room, which had standing water in the bathroom floor from a leaky toilet. Proceeded to have problems with our neighbors being loud and unruly starting at 10 PM which carried on until 2 AM. I notified management multiple times and they continued to gaslight me and say that they didn’t see any problems while they were watching the cameras. Woke up to our belongings covered in ants due to a disgusting ant infestation. DO NOT STAY HERE. Now I have to take two kids to Cedar point on zero sleep and take all of my belongings home and deal with all of the ants.

We have been staying at the Sleep Inn for several years now, recommending it to others and reserving rooms for two annual fundraising events I host, but our last stay was highly disappointing. We stayed in room 110 and did not discover the black mold on the ceiling until we woke up in the morning and opened the curtains. I reported this to Larry at the front desk and was told that he would check it out and let the manager know -- this was on Tuesday, May 20th. I had yet to hear back from the hotel so I called today, Friday, May 23rd and spoke to the Shift Manager who said she would let the GM know. I left my number and am waiting for a return call that most likely won't come. I am highly disappointed in this location to the point that I may never stay here again, which is sad because it's in a great location and the staff is always friendly, along with comfortable rooms.

Everything was awesome the front desk people were a little dry and one of the elevators smelled horrid thank goodness we only in countered it twice during our stay but other than that it is probably the best sleep you can get at a hotel.

Dirty, musty smelly place, reading reviews of bed bugs is creeping me out. Only stand up shower and there is mold in it. Toilet doesn’t flush unless you hold down the handle. Wished I could’ve went elsewhere but room was nonrefundable

Okay place to stay.
Check in person was on a personal phone call when we tried to check in for at least 5 minutes while we waited. Key cards wouldnt work.
