Zero hospitality stinking smell in washroom which eventually spread in room. No water in washroom. Broken bed. Totally waste of money. That’s why they have no cancellations and no refund policy.

The place was nice and cosy. The room was nice and clean and with all the amenities. The staff was very cordial. It was located near auroville beach and auroville was within 5 mins distance by car/bike. Almost all of the tourist attractions were within 5-6 kms from the hotel. The best part of the hotel was that it had thalapakkati restaurant within its premise which serves the best quality food. Parking is available for car/bike. Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay at le aham.

Room door broken, rats in property, dustbins broken, low maintenance, bathroom dirty not clean at all, stains on the walls, wrappers on the floor, not very professional staff, no time management and not clean areas, washrooms and commode dirty, not worth the price, tv not working, no easy transport options nearby,

The place was not really hygienic and stink-ed a lot. Power was on and off. Totally different from the pics that we saw. Full of mud and dust. Really disappointed

The cots are broken and the room quality was okayish ! proper maintenance is not there and the extra bed they provided was in pathetic condition. I didn’t take pictures

The approach to the reception is through a restaurant, path way to the rooms had glass shardes and prices strewn about. The room's had a must smell and hadn't been used in awhile. Doesn't reflect the same standard which is portrayed on your portal or app. Establishments like this need to be audited and removed from being your partner. Have escalated the issue to your team in saturday for a refund. Was unable to take pics to show you the misrepresentation of facts.
