Our first time staying at Perisher. Hotel clean and staff accommodating. Our family of 5 had interconnecting rooms. The furniture is a bit odd, in one room we had 2 single beds, a chest of drawers, a weird table that was possibly a desk but no chair and a blanket box thing (all mismatched). The other room consisted of a queen bed, bunk beds, a table & 2 chairs. Rooms need a small 2 seater sofa to sit on. Bathrooms are renovated water hot and floors heated. Bed linen is basic and sheets thin, so was the doona. Mattress could be replaced. Evening meals were exceptional, well presented and great variety. Breakfast is your standard hotel buffet. Room heating was easy to operate and warmed the room. Washing machine and dryer free, take washing liquid or buy satchel for $2.00 Only accommodation that you can park your car at.

The Man is an institution at Perisher and always delivers. Friendly helpful staff and great management make this the place to stay for your ski holiday. While a bit outdated the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, the dining room serves an amazing dinner with a changing table d'hote menu and a great buffet breakfast. Close to the lifts and for those who drive the only undercover carpark in Perisher. The Pub and apres music for an after ski drink and entertainment we wouldn't stay anywhere else ❄

Terrible service. Please hire friendly bar staff. Not hard to acknowledge someone when they are standing in front of you especially if you have them waiting for 5 min while you stand there talking to one another. There was only two people waiting to be served at the bar and 4 staff behind the bar.

It's a cozy and inviting hotel nestled in the beautiful snowy mountains of Perisher. The staff are friendly, especially the 3 front receptionist girls. Jas, Hannah and Paige they are all so helpful with giving me the best ski runs and providing the best stay at perisher Valley. The rooms are comfortable, and the location is perfect for skiing ⛷️ . Overall, it's a great place to stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Terrible service. I felt like the staff didn’t care and were rude. In particular the lady who appeared to be running the show she was not nice at all/ The staff were very rude. Drinks service was slow and food was average. We won’t be back. We could not believe how bad it was. Worst venue in Perisher!

What do I mean? If it were down to the food and the staff only, this would be a five star review. Ditto the on-site undercover parking. However the accommodation itself is tired, so tired. Threadbare carpet, worn out beds/bedding, inefficient heating that keeps heads hot and feet cold, and the runaway afternoon heating of those rooms facing west. But worst of all are the paper thin walls/doors through which you can hear everything, literally everything! A thorough refurbishment is long overdue.

food is great but the staff are the worst hospitality team I have ever experienced. We went with a group of friends and were treated so poorly by the staff at the man. The bar staff were so bloody rude & the kitchen staff were very blunt and unfriendly

I have never made a bad review on any service before but this lot of staff where the most unprofessional I’ve seen and it cannot be left unspoken of. Worst bloody service I’ve known don’t go here if you aren’t looking for neeks as bar tenders. Waiters are rude, incompetent of waiting appropriately.
