Excellent hotel! Was quite impressed by overall experience!
Grounds are outstanding!
Pool, hot tub in perfect working order,
Wished they had more ice machines on each floor, but not that big of a deal.

Beds were comfy and room was average sized. The toilet paper holder was barely hanging onto the wall. The bathroom floor could have used some deep scrubbing. The coffee in the lobby was only in the am and was Starbucks at Starbucks prices. We did have have some kcups in our room but no flavored creamers. There wasn't even any cucumber water or ice water available at the pool. The bar didn't open until 4pm so no cocktails either. I would have had more amenities at the Holiday Inn and that is not a spa. We will not return.

The Woodcliff did not meet expectations in many ways: - outdoor pool was closed- due to unexpected maintenance on the hottest day of the month -pool area (indoor and out) was in dire need of cleaning- floors were dirty as well as the floor of the indoor pool -food was left in the hallway for many hours without being picked up -refrigerator in our room did not work properly- resulting in the loss of much of the food we brought for our stay -deadbolt on our guest room door did not work- we did not discover this until quite late- we positioned ironing board under the handle to prevent door from being opened. -Fire exit closest to our door was LOCKED at the bottom leaving no way to safely exit in the event of a fire -On a positive note, the front desk employee that I expressed my concerns to was very pleasant, friendly and professional. -The beds and pillows were of excellent quality and very comfortable. The room was clean upon arrival. -We unfortunately checked out a day early due to the extreme outdoor temperatures and the inability to have access to an outdoor swimming pool. Because we left earlier than expected we had to cancel massages we had booked at the spa. Having been to the spa previously, I can say that it is the best part of this resort and we were very disappointed to have missed out on that. - Received a text after we had departed that the guest elevators were also undergoing unexpected maintenance and would not be available for guests. We were very disappointed as this hotel has the potential to be a traveler destination, and is centrally located for travellers from different parts of the state. I do not think we will be returning. -

Paid $441.00 for two nights a the Woodcliff and it was worth maybe $110.00 for two nights. The rooms are run down, old, and electrical not working in half the room. I booked this place on recommendations from family as we drove up from Florida for a family reunion what a disappointment! Neither pool were operational. The electrical was not working in half of our room and half of the restaurant. The system was even down and the front desk couldn’t print my receipt. The room was very old and run down. Look at my pictures. Steer clear of this place.

The hotel rooms are being rennovated, so it's hard to give a fair review about that. However, the room was clean, bed very comfortable, and the staff was friendly. The grounds are gorgeous, look at the photos. Great for sunsets by the pool or firepit. There are lots of amenities relatively close by, as well.

Nicely appointed rooms. Daily housekeeping upon request. I enjoyed having the bar and lounge available to socialize. Food options were good and Quality was also good. Friendly capable staff throughout our stay made for a great event.

The restaurant quality was amazing, both food and service. The golf course, gym, swim, room and general hotel are all a little tired, but the bar was really good and all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

I have stayed at Woodcliff many times the past 25 years. It is a shame to see the wear and tear on some of the most visible areas, for example the red carpet at check-in hasn't been changed in possibly 25 years. The elevators also are in need of TLC. The room smelled like smoke. Food used to be better in the restaurant. Andy the bartender is always wonderful to see. Front desk check-in people were pleasant. The water in the meeting room had an odd taste, but the front desk staff were gracious in providing bottled water. Food for lunch was delicious. The hot water and pressure was great. Overall, the stay was nice and always great to stay at Woodcliff as it brings back many memories.
