We have 2 electric hot water heaters so that multiple showers & a hot bubble bath can be taken at once without any fear of running out of hot water for those long showers. The property was designed to have the natural breezes travel through the living areas at this higher elevation and therefore is not air conditioned, but ceiling fans are installed throughout all of the sleeping spaces and outdoor rancho when desired. Eeeeek; no air condition !?!? We know, we are those people too and would absolutely have it if we were even slightly uncomfortable, but it is truly not needed and not used by anyone at this elevation. The spacious outdoor, covered rancho is the perfect place to watch the 5:00am morning rush hour traffic of the toucans and parrots while relaxing in a rocking chair with your morning Costa Rican Coffee.
