The property was designed to have the natural breezes travel through the living areas at this higher elevation and therefore is not air conditioned, but ceiling fans are installed throughout all of the sleeping spaces and outdoor rancho when desired. Eeeeek; no air condition !?!? We know, we are those people too and would absolutely have it if we were even slightly uncomfortable, but it is truly not needed and not used by anyone at this elevation. The spacious outdoor, covered rancho is the perfect place to watch the 5:00am morning rush hour traffic of the toucans and parrots while relaxing in a rocking chair with your morning Costa Rican Coffee. Consider a morning float in the pool, a bubble bath in the zen garden, a dip in one of the many private waterfalls in our area, book a massage at the house, or order up a breakfast detox drink to start your day. Although we love children, the layout of this home is very private having the 2 detached casitas off of the main house making this a better fit for adults. Teens would likely feel comfortable with their own space, but parents might not feel comfortable with little ones in a detached space.
