Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. They always went out of their way and were very nice. The location is perfect- right in the middle of everything but not loud at all. Really a perfect place to stay. Bed was very comfortable and room was very quiet.

Vivo en Bogotá y quiero hacer un evento en las instalaciones de este hotel. Primero me contestó un señor y me dice que la persona de eventos está en una reunión y que la llame más tarde, me dice que marque la ext 102. Efectivamente llamé más tarde y sucede que la 102 no corresponde a eventos y contestan pero cuelgan, después de 5 intentos todos cn colgada a bordo, decidí llamar a Gerencia, igual también contestan y cuelgan. La verdad, tienen claro que esto es atención al cliente y que se va a pagar por un servicio? piensan que es gratis o que es un favor? POR FAVOR SEÑORES MÁS RESPETO, PERDÍ 1 HORA TRATANDO DE OBTENER UN SERVICIO. Decidí no insistir porque la reflexión es: SI ASÍ ES PARA ATENDERME UNA LLAMADA PARA COTIZAR, COMO SERÁ EL SERVICIO?

No tengo palabras para agradecer todo lo que hizo el equipo del Hotel Castilla Real por mi! Jhon, Hector, Camila, Maria, Alba Y Cristian. Me hicieron sentir como en un hotel de mil estrellas, el hotel es muy cómodo, lindo! Súper bien ubicado, central, tienen todos los protocolos de bioseguridad. Pero su gente no tiene comparación, me los llevo a todos en el corazón ✨💚✨ Todas las personas que vengan a Pereira tienen que hospedarse en este hotel.
