Sadly the building has a mold problem. Moisture Meter was off the chart.

The safe didnt work, sink in the kitchen was leaking a lot, extremely noisy, no dishes or pots and pans. Broken window in the room. I could not close the window. On my last day of stay, the water was discouncted. I couldnt take shower, shave or flush the toilet. The staff did not care about any of the problems. Except she told me city was out of water, which i found out later that was not true. Their free breakfast made me sick on the first day, so i did not eat their breakfast again. I couldnt use the microwave because the GFI kept tripping out. My worst experience ever. They should not be in hospitality business.

The room is nice but small, it has no view, it feels closed in, poor customer service, the bed is uncomfortable, the breakfast is simple, the staff is generally unfriendly... a small window in the bathroom that the neighbors can see through and it seems that they can too, see because it is not tinted...

Hotel is OK. The bed is comfortable and it is quite new. It is well located just behind a main street with many restaurants and a shopping center. If you are going to stay in Pereira, for the reasonable price (40€/night) it is fine. The breakfast is very bad, though.

В Перейра мы останавливались на одну ночь, чтобы на следующий день посетить Санта Росу де Кабал. Решили, что отдых должен быть продуктивным, поэтому тщательно подошли к выбору. Комната оснащена кондиционером, большими кроватями, чистой сантехникой. Нам помогли припарковать наш автомобиль, зарегистрировали за считанные секунды. Вечером мы посетили джакузи на крыше, что стало приятным бонусом для нас. В стоимость номера входит хороший завтрак. Отель оправдал все наши ожидания. Поэтому смело его вам можем рекомендовать.

El hotel es pequeño pero muy bonito, el diseño es muy moderno y lleno de bonitos detalles. El servicio al cliente es muy bueno . El desayuno muy rico y la terraza preciosa, la que además cuenta con jacuzzi. El bar muy acogedor y variado. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y lujosas, pero no hay una buena insonorización, se oyen mucho los ruidos en la calle y de otras habitaciones.
