Un DESASTRE. Reservé una habitación a través de booking que supuestamente incluía ventilador y minibar. También se suponía que las instalaciones contaban con wifi. Mi habitación no sólo no tenia ni ventilador, ni mini bar, ni wifi, sino que ADEMÁS no contaba con agua caliente para bañarse. Cuando lo conversé en recepción no sólo no se disculparon, sino que además no ofrecieron ningún tipo de compensación alegando que ellos avisan que no ofrecen reintegros bajo ninguna circunstancia. Las instalaciones se ven deterioradas, el personal te atiende de mala gana y ni siquiera se hacen cargo de los servicios mínimos que dicen ofrecer. NO VAYAN.

Reservamos 2 noches, la primera noche fue un problema poder tomar un café, la mañana siguiente no había agua ni energía y la administración no se tomó el trabajo de avisar a los huéspedes, cuando llame a la recepción dijeron que era por un aguacero del día anterior, pero juguemos el check in a las 10:00pm y en ese momento si habían ahí y energía, yo tenía una cita y solo dijeron que Javi que esperar que arreglaran la planta de energía, no ofrecieron ninguna solución y obviamente no había ni café para el desayuno. Los cuartos no estaban limpios, mucho menos los baños, cuando dijimos que íbamos a cancelar la segunda noche, no quisieron hacer la devolución del dinero, según ellos fue un problema de fuerza mayor, si es un hotel debería estar preparado para esos inconvenientes, lo peor fue la grosería del administrador que ni siquiera presentó disculpas, ni siquiera ofreció devolver un porcentaje. Pésimo servicio y cero atención al cliente

No me senti satisfecho , reserve y pague con anticipacion, pero como resultado obtuve una habitacion muy calurosa, con televisor defectuoso, que finalmente, no funciono en los dias que estuve hospedado, ni dieron opcion para solucionar, dejando en el aire la opcion de si no le gusta, puede irse, el desayuno muy basico y extricto en las porciones. La relacion precio -calidad, no es favorable

Lastimosamente no son serios y no respetan las reservaciones. Hice una reserva con 4 días de antelación y el mismo día en que iba a tomar el hospedaje, a una hora de llegar al lugar, sin más ni más me indicaron que ya no tenían disponibles las habitaciones que había reservado. La opción que me brindaron fue una acomodación en otro hotel que tenía pésimas calificaciones y que estaba muy retirado de los planes que tenía con mi familia. Es impresionante y desastrosa la calidad del servicio de este hotel y lo peor de todo, es que no asumen responsabilidad y su respuesta fue: todo es culpa de booking y si no le sirve lo que le estamos ofreciendo, entonces cancelamos la reserva. Definitivamente es un lugar que no recomiendo por su falta de seriedad y por no respetar a sus clientes. Pésimo servicio. Un desastre.

La nueva administración del hotel es nula, el servicio pésimo , lo visite en enero 2024 y en febrero 2024 el cambio fue radical!. El personal no tiene idea de la atención al cliente lo único simpático que encontré fue los animalitos del hotel que por cierto ahora los quieren tirar a la calle después de toda una vida en la casona. Inhumanos con seres indefensos....

Sin duda alguna fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en un hotel. Terribles habitaciones, sin aire, súper desagradable el área de los baños! Las almohadas y sábanas de dudosa procedencia. Pero lo peor: el staff. Eran las 12:50 y no habían terminado nuestras habitaciones, una de las trabajadoras súper grosera. La comida, desagradable. Estuvimos en muchas habitaciones y casi todas tienen huecos en la ducha. El olor de algunas fue teribble. No vengan a La Casona eco-hotel por su bien.
