Excellent service staff, very friendly !!!. Great breakfast every day. Hope that they can invest on a gym for my next stay. Night service staff (( forgot her name )) but she was adorable and always smilling and very helpful.

The layout of the room was just amazing. The kitchen area left some things to be desired but the refrigerator was awesome. The sink too small with only cold water and low water pressure.
What a fantastic room! I wish they had put the wall mounted TV in the living room. Hey, at least they have two rooms and the king size bed! Rare in Colombia!
The shower pipe was zip tied to the wall, they never replaced the light bulbs, the bidet did not work, and the water in the bathroom sink was difficult to operate because it was not properly mounted.
I would absolutely stay here again! The staff made the difference! Delightful people!

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It's situated just across from the Bus Terminal. Accommodations were excellent and there's lots of dining options within walking distance.

Primero las habitaciones son viejas, las camas poco cómodas, envié una chaqueta a lavandería, y me la entregaron mojada sucia y rota, primero dicen que van a cubrir el costo, luego que van a enviar a arreglarla, luego que cubren solo un porcentaje, como que yo les entregué un porcentaje de chaqueta, que no les dije como lavarla, la metieron en una máquina industrial donde lavan toallas y sábanas, por favor! Terrible terrible terrible por no decir más, además costoso y encuentras que no es un verdadero hotel, cobran carísimo las habitaciones! La peor experiencia en los 12 años que tengo viajando y usando hoteles en todo el país! No cometan el error de reservar allí!

Front door lock did not work . Huge concrete pillar in the middle of the room. Shampoo dispenser in the bath room did not work . Very cheap quality Shampoo, soap etc etc DARK common areas at night . I could not see my lock on the front door .
