Nos estafaron pagamos habitación cuádruple y nos dieron una doble. Nos cobran por 2 noches $1'600.000 por habitaciones de $900.000. Hacen quedar muy mal al sector hotelero. Son ladrones de cuello blanco. Tengan mucho cuidado al hacer su reserva.

The property is nice & well kept. Breakfast was not good at all. It was served cold & not appetizing. I booked 2 rooms with triple beds in each for 5. They insisted for paying for a 6th who was a child who happened to join us. Charged extra for the 6th person.

Pésima administración el administrador no tiene idea de servicio al cliente el botones se portó como administrador y el administrador a su vez como el botones la recepcionista no tenía idea de dónde estaba sentada no saben manejar ninguna situación pésima administración, servicio e instalaciones

Hotel, nuevo, bueno, bonito y con precio razonable, las habitaciones son de primera y su ubicación, cuando el motivo es de negocios o de trabajo es inmejorable, a pesar de lo anterior la calificación general es de REGULAR, por un mal momento que pasamos en el rooftop del hotel, la carta de cenar no es muy variada y resulta costosa, por lo cual solicitamos un domicilio y previa autorización en la recepción fuimos al rooftop a esperar la cena, mientras tanto pedimos, como es lógico una entrada y cervezas, al momento de llagar el pedido, de una forma brusca nos informan que llego nuestro pedido pero que no podemos consumir esos alimentos allí, instrucción contraria a la ya autorizada en recepción, debimos dejar nuestra bebidas y bajar a la recepción a consumir allí mismo los alimentos, situación que nos resultó de muy mal gusto y opacó todo lo bueno de este interesante hotel.
