Beautiful hotel with great view of the water and Percé Rock. Property is very nice with plenty of tables and chairs to relax, and the rooms are well appointed and clean. The hotel is a 15 min walk to center of town and sits at the on top of a hill, so not for those with mobility issues if walking to/from town. Service was friendly and professional, and staff were able to respond to our needs immediately. The only thing I would suggest is that stairs be added on the front lawn between the 2 buildings, so that access to beach, laundromat, ice, and reception can be done using the property. It is a challenge due to the steep slope. Otherwise, one has to go around on the main road. Restaurant is beautiful and very yummy. make sure to reserve a spot upon checking in as it is very busy. Would return for sure.

As part of a tour of the Gaspe' in late September/early October, we stayed in Perce' for two nights. This is a classic-style motel, which could just as easily be single-room occupancy (without kitchen) in another location. We stayed on the second floor, above the nearby beach and with a direct view of Peace' Rock and Bonaventure Island.
The hotel has laundry facilities and there is a very nice restaurant( Maison Mathilde) for breakfast and dinner just adjacent. It is about a quarter-mile from the center of Peace and well-away from any noise or traffic.
At night, the caretaker always had a fire pit lit and it was a good way to end the day, overlooking the Bay and listening to the waves.

Property is right next to the beach with the side view of the Perce Rock. The room is just a sleeping room with a tiny bathroom with a big glass window overlooking the porch and the 'rock'. Typical old-style accommodation, but it's clean and with a fire-pit and chairs outside to spend some good time facing the sea and the rock.

Un séjour parfait à la mi-septembre. Magnifique auberge avec vu exceptionnelle sur le rocher percé, installations extérieurs idéales pour des 5 à 7 ou pique nique! Restaurant chez Mathilde à quelques minutes de marche avec brunch délicieux!
