There are many restaurants around Jinbao Hotel. The hotel staff is very nice. Free upgrade for me. The hotel's swimming pool is also quite nice and very clean. I did it for several days in a row this time and was very satisfied. I will order it again next time.

The air conditioner was on for an hour, but it didn't cool at all. The maintenance took 2 hours but it didn't fix it. I changed to another room, and the air conditioner worked, but it was so loud that I couldn't sleep with it on. I stayed for 3 days, but they only changed the garbage bag and hardly did any cleaning. I asked for an extra quilt, and they charged me when I checked out.

Satisfied with the room and service ! Location is in the centre of New Town of Kampar . Surrounded by shops and shopping centres. So convenient and easy access . Definitely will stay again in the future 👍🤲

The location is good in the New Town. Room size is fine, but furniture is old and a bit rundown. Toilet hot water inconsistent and condition not good.
