The room was spacious and comfortable but got mosquito i don't know where it came from as our room got no window. However the toilet was a let down because of the musty smell and the awful air ventilation.

The hotel is conveniently located near Megamall, Prai, making it an excellent choice for those visiting the area. It's also well-connected to Butterworth, Georgetown, and Bukit Mertajam, which adds to its appeal.
The reception team was very friendly and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in experience. However, room cleanliness left much to be desired. The toilet and bed pillows had a persistent unpleasant smell despite regular washing.
The facilities looked modern and well-maintained, but there were some drawbacks. The gym's limited operating hours were inconvenient, and the TV program selection was very limited.
A major plus is the free parking offered by the hotel, although the car park tends to be fully occupied at night, making it challenging to find a spot.
Overall, the hotel offers a convenient location but needs improvements in cleanliness and amenities to enhance the guest experience.

This is my first stay at the hotel. The facilities are remarkable with gym, pools and self service dobby. The food also very good the hotel serve varieties of food from local to non local delicacy. There is one thing I noticed that there are staffs that hard to see they smile and greet the guest. Thank you.
