Horrible experience! The two people behind the counter an older lady and younger man were absolutely unprofessional. They sat behind the counter and talked about life and personal stuff as well as how they hated management for 5 minutes before greeting me with a Sir when I am clearly a female. The first room was locked and they then held my keys from me and walked me up to the second room. Super uncomfortable and sketchy. I never checked into room and was promised a refund which then was I would receive deposit back and I didn’t get either!! I NEVER STEPPED FOOR INTO THE HOTEL ROOM!! BEWARE!!!

Easy fast check in. Front desk receptionist was super friendly and helpful. The rooms were updated and clean, comfortable bed. Would stay there again. Exactly what you're looking for when passing through.

Rooms are clean and bright. Fridge and microwave is nice to have. Hallways need attention, stark white lights and the paint makes the halls look terrible. Let me say, I traveled alone this trip, my spouse would turnaround and leave, not even go to the room.

Clean and quiet. Good for the $ friendly staff, plenty of parking, quiet area a little hard to find as you take a scenic tour of the mall, it's not well marked or clear where to turn, but secluded area with nice places with picnic benches and places to enjoy the view

Hotel and pool in poor condition. Room door had to be lifted to close. Pool was absolutely nasty. Exterior was in bad need of repairs.

I felt like this hotel was in a bad neighborhood. It was rundown. I will say that they were updating the location but Drive up to the hotel and thinking you already made the mistake of booking this hotel is never a good thing. I was there for one day. I’ll probably not go back there not recommended.

Broken shower head, mold on window sill, hair in shower drain, and trash on the floor. The beds were clean and the service at front desk was good.

The first challenge was finding the place - there is no street access. The only way to get to it is by taking a circuitous route around the mall. The first two floors of this hotel are outside accessible, so we chose the third floor with inside access. We took the (unheated) elevator to the (unheated) hallway until we reached our door, which looked like it been involved in a break-in. It could only be opened by pushing in with a shoulder and could only be closed by slamming it. We entered a room that had the heat shut completely off. (It was 16 degrees outside.) It did warm up at some point during the night, but after being on the road for 11 hours that day, we slept in our clothes and coats. Don’t know about the breakfast because we couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Never again.

Quiet and clean, friendly staff. Rooms are clean, ok view, easy to access the parking lot and building. I will be back again when I travel up that way. A lot of channels on TV unlike other hotels I have stayed in
