We stayed there 7/1-7/3 to spend time with elderly parents. Minutes into arriving before even unpacking the guy below us started calling the front desk complaining about the noise. Literally just in the room. The entire night he was complaining we couldn't walk in the room or the 1 and 3 yr old play not jumping or loud at all. We spent night away at my dads senior apt. Minutes of getting back at night the guy started it again. Staff just apologized for him. The final straw was when he apparently took something and pounded his ceiling , our floor causing the 3 yr old to wake, and the 1 yr old who was nursing to startle and start crying. Scared both my daughter and I as we though something hit the building. Again no help from the staff but apologize as the man had been through a rough time. Well, my 91 yo dad died shortly after our stay their. We were told we could move. Where they put us, right next door to this guy. We couldn't relax, my daughter nursed the crying baby in the car, we were afraid to even close cabinets or turn on the TV. Our weekend was a living hell. But all we got were a couple of free bottles of water, staff excuses, and afraid to spend any time in our room. This was our favorite place to stay, I had always stayed at Country Inn and Suites but the extra space allowed my parents to visit. My youngest daughter stayed their for the funeral on July 15 but we couldn't go through that again. We were treated better at another hotel.
