This is our second stay we enjoyed very much both times was really nice clean and staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Also, customer service was great helping resolve issue when I noticed day before I reserved wrong date and needed reservation changed.

Great stay. Great front desk hosts. Ochie (sorry, I am misspelling your name) and Savion were so very kind! The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the proximity to everything we needed was excellent. Try the Fish House if you stay here! The food is hot and delivered quickly even if they are busy. Short walk from hotel front door. Madison is a great server.

Because this hotel is located at the edge of Downtown Pensacola, guests do not have to grapple with some of the inconveniences that central city locations may create-traffic, noise, lack of parking, etc. Six weeks ago, I paid $48/day to have my car parked off-site by a valet employed by a Bourbon Street hotel in New Orleans. Being able to park my vehicle in a parking lot just behind the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Downtown saved money and added convenience. I never hesitated to go on a brief excursion or to run an errand. When comparing accommodations, one should always factor in the additional fees for parking, breakfast, etc. During the course of my stay in Pensacola, I had the opportunity to interact directly with four different team members at the hotel. All were very responsive, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I look forward to staying at the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Downtown during my next visit to The City of Five Flags.

Hilton loyalist with hundreds of stays over the past decade. Stayed here on business. The property is centrally located among a wide variety of restaurants and touristy things to do. The breakfast offered is superior to a standard Hampton breakfast, just nicer touches. What I most appreciated was how great the staff was. When I checked in, I was helped by a young man named Savion, who welcomed me warmly and patiently answered my many questions. Truly thoughtful, I also had a particular request about my room, one that I've asked for many times - but Savion genuinely thought about what I asked and actually was able to to accommodate me. Another young lady with glasses the next night was quick to help get me more hot water when the dispenser ran out, even though I was interrupting her dinner. She did her job, but the difference was that she did it with good cheer. Not always guaranteed these days. The staff was consistently friendly, including the breakfast crew. The rooms themselves have some wear and tear, but the beds seem clean and plenty of space in the room. Internet seems fine. Parking may or may not be a pain.

We stayed one night after our wedding. The staff was friendly and helpful getting us checked in and oriented. We got a high floor corner suite. That was a perfect room with stellar views of the bay and downtown Pensacola. The chaise and bed was so comfortable. The room also had a place to sit and open three suitcases which was extremely helpful. The breakfast was quite good the next morning. There was a good coffee shop, Bodacious, within walking distance. Ample other restaurants and museums are around as well making it the most convenient hotel in the area to downtown. It was a great place to stay!

Great location to numerous downtown Pensacola restaurants and activities. Great staff. Ashley at the front desk solved an issue with the TV. Easy check in with cookies and popcorn. Breakfast about the same as all HI Express.

This hotel is the best as far as location, cleanliness, service, and amenities. The Staff is friendly, courteous and efficient. Kudos to Jennifer, Rachel and Savion. They make the hotel a 5 star! As well as the food staff and room staff! Had a great time....just wish there was a dryer on hand, we got soaked in the rain and had to hang our wet clothes in the bathroom...but no worries, good thing we packed extras.....Great town too!

This is one of the nicest Holiday Inn properties we’ve ever stayed at. Very clean and comfortable and in a great location downtown. Very close and short walk to the Saenger theater. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a Holiday Inn Express, and a special thanks to Martha and Victoria, who made sure everything was perfect! Also a shout out to Mara in housekeeping for her friendliness and professionalism! We will definitely stay here again!

Visited this property Mar 31-Apr 2 2023. Great location in downtown Pensacola FL, right in the middle of action (restaurants, bars, waterfront ballpark) I stayed in room 307. Very neat and up to date with micro/fridge. Jennifer was great at the front desk. Parking available behind the hotel. Breakfast was continental ++ and Sandra was the best hostess. I would stay at this property again.!
