Even though I was in the back the room did not disappoint very clean and the shower works great everything was perfect and it had a smart TV despite its low price and let me tell you for $80 that is really nice because the rest of $80 hotels are crappy and barely has a shower that’s fictional ahem red roof inn in Miami, and the front desk people are very nice

Great location, walking distance to the Civic Center, Handlebar, and Vinyl Music Hall. There are many restaurants nearby, and the beach is 15 minutes away in light traffic. The room was an "executive room." It was clean and of a decent size. It had a king bed, a large streaming TV, a desk, a safe, an iron, and a microwave. It had a pool view. The good - room was clean and comfortable. Guest check in was easy and staff were welcoming and helpfull. The grounds appeared to be clean and so did the pool area. The bad - bedtime made a poping noise when getting out of it, the bar was closed for renovations at the time of stay and the pool can get loud.

GM was amazingly friendly and told us about the hot spots and sites to see in the area. Rooms were clean and ac worked quite well since it was so hot

Horrible experience, the rooms stink of homeless people's urine, the floor is filthy, people sit in front of our room smoking, it seems like everyone lives there like a slum. I paid 267.00 a night and it was traumatic

Was extremely pleased with my stay. Took my husband for his Birthday. Stayed 2 nights. Room was very clean, clean Beds (plenty of pillows) bathroom. Light Breakfast included Cereal Toast Waffles (butter, syrup, Peanut butter, Nutella toppings) Yogurt, Orange Juice Tea Coffee Water. Parking was good plenty. Ice/soda machine.

The first thing I noticed was the smell, the bed frame was encased in sheet metal that made a drum like sound when touched, the bathroom counter top was about knee height to acomodate an oversized backlit mirror that was designed for different ceiling height. The location was good, about a 15 minute walk from the historic district. The high point of the stay was the underwhelming breakfast.

We love this place and stay at the Historic Days Inn four times a year. Not fancy but clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and works hard to resolve any issues. Our television was having issues and they were not able to fix it, so they moved us to the room next door. We will be back.
