The location is kind of sketch. There was a stain in the bath tub and on some towels. There was also a baby roach crawling in the lobby area. Would not book there again,. Would spend the extra money to stay somewhere else.

There server at breakfast was amazing and so helpful with the kids and help me package up everything to bring bs I to my room because we wanted to have breakfast in our room. Thank you for being so kind!!

Not the experience I was hoping for. I don't stay at Holiday Inn very often, because they are so inconsistent. But this is what was available. I wish I had continued to look. The room was sparse, with nothing on the walls, and a well worn sofa that sunk in. Lighting in the entry/refrigerator area was nonexistent. I will say the beds and pillows were comfortable. However we got NO sleep as people were in the hallway until after 1am. I also realized in the morning that we were right above the lobby entrance, so that added to the noise. The hotel starts playing music in the lobby really early (before 5am) This was heard in our room, and although it did not wake us up (because we were still awake) it definitely ended any chance for the night One of reasons I ended up chosing to stay here is because of a hot breakfast, rather than just dry cereal. In this case the cold cereal was our fall back. Powdered eggs with no flavor - no yogurt, cut fruit or even oatmeal. There is an IHOP across the parking lost which we considered, but we were on a tight schedule. For those looking to stay, I would reconmmend you keep looking. I know there are better options out there for the money we wasted on it.

The staff was exceedingly friendly, professional, and helpful. They took care of any issues and problems immediately and resolved them with efficiency. The rooms were nice and about average for this type of hotel. The morning breakfast was above average.I would definitely stay again.

The room was very clean, but they could improve the air conditioning so it's not so cold, because some people may like a warm room more. But everything else was very good, and the food too.

Upon entering the hotel room 304 was horrible. The bathroom door was badly damaged and’s the shower tile was broken. After one call to the front desk, I was moved to room 122. This room was much better to get some much needed rest after driving for 10 hours. However, Ms Katie- the breakfast attendant was friendly and very helpful. The food was fresh and inviting. Ms Katie definitely turned this stay from awful to awesome! Thank you Ms Katie!!
