Hilton Garden Inn Pensacola Downtown

They charge for parking at a hotel that really shouldn’t be charging guests for parking on top of the room rate. That is utter BS. Comp the guest parking and make outsiders pay. It’s a newer looking Hilton Garden Inn and just like any other Hilton Garden Inn property otherwise. Go stay at the Holiday Inn Resort, the Portofino or a real Hilton for the price they charge plus parking.

Excellent stay! Pina, Omayra and Shaye were amazing! The three of them made major contributions to making our family reunion a great success. The team was accommodating, kind and provided excellent customer service with a smile. Stay constantly checked in on us to make sure nothing was needed and to offer any assistance. I would highly recommend this location and I look forward to my next stay.

From the time we walked in, Samantha was so sweet and a helpful. She should give a training class. The hotel itself was immaculate, both the common areas and the rooms were perfect. Everyone went out of their way to be accommodating. We had been traveling a lot so we needed to use the self laundry, there was only one washer and dryer. Someone had left their clothes in the washer for over an hour. I asked the manager on duty the night of Oct.4 would it be rude if i removed them. Not only did she say I was justified, she actually went and did it for me so that I could tell the person that the manager did it to avoid problems. This place is honestly great.

Great drinks served by a great bartender who was attentive and entertaining while handling the multiple rushes like a pro. Very inexpensive too and conveniently located inside the hotel with multiple tvs for any sports or other entertainment

Tia was such an awesome and attentive bartender! She gave great service and had great conversations with everyone. Her pink dragon drink was such a hit! We had 6! As for the rest of my stay, I can say Niki was such a sweet and helpful woman. The rooms were clean and the views and location was awesome! 10/10
