The unit we stayed in at the resort was wonderful - clean and had beautiful views. The resort itself was not worth the price. The staff was rude and unhelpful, the grounds are not well-kept (especially the pool areas), and the restaurants are mediocre at best. The resort will also nickel & dime you. We paid for the most expensive "adventure package" for the week - and they still charge additionally for small things like using a tennis racquet on the tennis courts - not great for customer service. Would not return for another trip.

Slay property, as my daughter would say!
Perfect location, amazing room with view. It has everything you can ask for. The beaches were pristine, and their multiple pools made for a relaxing experience all around. Will be back!

Expensive for what it is.
While the condo was very nice, it was quite expensive for what and where it is. I will add however that we were traveling the first of the week of a lot of spring break travel, so that surely hiked rates.
The condo and staff were no problem. I just don't know that it was entirely worth the price of admission.

The Portofino Resort is the perfect getaway on Pensacola Beach. The lifestyle center is an entire oasis. Especially out back at the pool and Coastal Bar area. The staff was friendly and very helpful and my wife and I will definitely be returning soon.
