We had a wonderful time at Soundside and would definitely stay there again. Our unit was super clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is great, convenient to great food, a little shopping, good music and 2 beautiful bodies of water. Our bed was as comfy as our home bed, the shower is good and hot with great water pressure and the tub is big and relaxing. The pool and hot tub are clean and inviting and we used them both often. The staff is friendly and fun. Really a great stay! Great value!

Beautiful resort! Very clean and excellent staff and service. We highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing! The location is excellent too with shopping and dining within walking distance and easy access to everything. A++++

The location and view of the bay very nice. The ocean is across the street but an easy walk. The unit is nice. TV not the greatest as manager said they recently went to a streaming service. TV sometimes buffers. Manager came back to fix when it would not come in. All and all a nice vacation with beautiful weather. Many beach bars and restaurants near by.

The furniture was very old, dusty and uncomfortable. If you’re on the 2nd floor and someone is above you, put in your earplugs.

Good location!
We enjoyed our 6 night stay. It has everything you need in the kitchen, the grills are an extra bonus. Communication was great, I got a few text that there would be people working on things, the tennis court is being worked on, as well as some exterior work, none of which affected us. I will not lie, I booked this place for convince on the beach (across the street), private bedrooms and reviews saying it was comfortable. The balcony is bay side, so we got to watch the dolphins play from our room. It could use a fresh updated paint job as it gives off old vibes but it didn't affect us any! If you like a firm bed this is great... I on the other hand do not, I very much believe it's time for at least a topper or a new king mattress!

Brett was no less than amazing !!!! Clean and spacious. By far the nicest place I’ve stayed on Pensacola beach and I’ve lived here my whole life. Affordable and can’t wait to go stay again soon

The week before my wife called and explained that she had severe allergies and requested they ensure a good cleaning before our arrival. The lady she spoke with said that should not be a problem. We got there on Saturday evening and checked in. Upon putting our stuff in the unit we discovered the drapes at the sliding door to the screened in room was stained and smelled of smoke. My wife tried the phone in the unit to call the front office but the phone did not work and never worked for the four days we stayed. She went to the front office and spoke to the gentleman that checked us in (later to find out he was the GM). He ended up coming to the room to see the iisue. He ended up taking drapes from another units and replacing them in our units plus he cleaned the sliding door track with a Mr. Clean eraser ( it was terrible). Then on Monday my contacted the front desk lady to had maintenance and housekeeping come to our room. The pillows were shown to them and they smelled of smoke and mold was in the bathroom vent and ceiling. The housekeeper and maintenance person was outstanding in doing follow-up to make sure thing got taken care of. We ended up leaving mid-week due to hurricane Helene heading that direction. Would love to go back to Pensacola in the future but would not stay here.
