It is a short 15min walk from Penrith station and a cozy b&w. Breakfast is served to your room as the owners are elderly and want to keep covid safe rules ongoing. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience, neat room with kettle and coffee/tea if you need, tv, nice shower room and towels provided. If you want a less commercialised experience and more local experience, this b&w is recommended!

A high standard yet well priced. Warm welcome from Mark and his wife. A professional set up with clean comfortable room, high stand amenities and a delicious breakfast brought to your room setting you up for the day. Highly recommended whether an overnight or staying longer to explore the Lakes

A very welcoming place, with a home made cookie on arrival. The breakfast, served in the room was lovely, with plenty of choice. Close to the centre of town, but very quiet. Would recommend.

Warmly greeted with lovely cookies which was a nice touch. Lovely big room and bed. Great suggestion as where to eat which is only a 5 minute walk from here. Breakfast was a pre order which is not a problem for us it was brought up to our room on time on large trays, we sat at the table in the room provided. The only wish would be (room 2) would be a net curtain in the window as it faced the busy road and we don't like curtains closed, guessing there was one once as there was holes for a rod. We also had an issue with the shower door which we reported. We will definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Norcroft Guest House. It was extremely comfortable (with an extra large bed) and friendly staff. We were also greeted with a home baked sweet on arrival which was a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it.
