I would just never recommend anyone staying there and I will never ever think about staying at this hotel again.
Customer service absolutely awful and refused to refund my money that I paid in full as my child was sick.
They did not show any compassion and definitely did not show a helpful attitude. As the circumstances was out of my control, they did not even offer a partial refund. I paid over $1300 which I did not even check in the hotel.

New hotel, complete facilities, good service, spacious rooms, good lighting. Clean and comfortable to live in, sanitary details are in place. The soft furnishings in the room are also very grand, and the bedding is comfortable. There is free parking in the hotel, but the space is limited. The only drawback is the gym, which is only open until 8:30 in the evening, which is not friendly to travelers who want to exercise when they go out early and come back late. The location is in the middle. If you rent a car and drive to the city center and Blue Mountains, it takes about 30-45 minutes. We chose this place because we want to drive to the Blue Mountains for a few days. This is the best accommodation nearby, and it is quiet and less crowded. There are not many restaurants around the hotel, only some chain fast food restaurants such as KFC and McDonald's, but it is enough for us. If you want to find delicious food, you have to go a little further.
