It's actually an apartment. If you check in too early or too late, communication may be difficult because there is no front desk. You need to be good at English, otherwise it won't work.

Not great overall
Bathroom was dated and a bit smelly. King bed was two singles pushed together. Food area sink was blocked. Behind the bed was extremely dusty. Parking access was convenient and straightforward.

Room is quite comfortable, and the shower has great pressure. Outside the room is very unkept as far as the garden goes. Reception was quite helpful and friendly. Did not notice any road noise from the very busy road. Did not venture out to find any food outlets. My 4WD would not fit under in the carpark and I did not see any other parking for those with a vehicle over 1.8.

A good stay, but wanted the room sparkling.
I think the room needed a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness, it was clean but i could see it needed a bit more spit and polish. The carpet needed a shampoo. There is a sort of a smell that smells like old croissants. Perhaps a air freshener would help. The bed was very comfortable, happy with the level of noise which was zero. Good stay but needs that sparkling clean look.

The place stinks like smoke the minute you stepped into the foyer. The smell permeated throughout the hotel and was so strong I prevented me from being able to sleep as it affecting my sinuses. The place was very old and in serious need of refurbishment.
