Estuve a final de mayo de 2025 con un viaje del IMSERSO, y quedé gratamente sorprendido de las instalaciones, las habitaciones, la amabilidad del servicio y , SOBRE TODO, del buffet, con una calidad claramente muy superior a otros hoteles de España que tienen convenio con el IMSERSO, mucho más lujosos y mayor renombre. La experiencia fue muy satisfactoria y la situación del hotel es suficientemente cercana al casco antiguo como para poder ir paseando. Las camas son gigantes y todo el hotel está muy limpio. Como parte negativa, solo puedo quejarme de los postres, muy repetitivos, casi todo industrial y con muy poca variedad de frutas. Por lo demás, un 10 ..... para los precios irrisorios del IMSERSO. Volveré en los próximos años, seguro!!!!.

Soy cliente del hotel y he estado varias veces alojado en él, este año repito una vez más por varios motivos. La inmejorable ubicación, las actividades y entretenimiento, su buffet y la cercanía de sus empleados. Me gustaría hacer especial mención a María Jesús (centralita de reservas) ya que por motivos personales he tenido que adaptar ligeramente nuestras vacaciones a otras fechas, María Jesús desde que recibió mi llamada se ha mostrado SUPER EMPATICA Y PROFESIONAL dándome facilidades y diversas opciones para disfrutar los mismos días en la máxima igualdad de condiciones. Muchísimas gracias por tu interés y gestión. Desde luego está cadena no deja de sorprendernos gratamente cada año. Totalmente recomendable

Ana, viaje del Imserso. Últimos diez días de mayo. Apartahotel de 10. Apartamento vistas a la piscina y al mar número 220. Limpieza exquisita gracias a Montse que se encarga de que su equipo haga todo lo mejor su tarea. Comida buena y variada, camareros y camareras muy competentes, incluso los que están empezando, especialmente M Carmen la encargada de que todo esté bien organizado, los miembros de la cafetería muy atentos y eficaces, dirigidos por Imane que hace que todo funcione de maravilla. Muy buen trato a los clientes. M Jesús en la recepción muy atenta y empática con los clientes. Repetiremos seguro. Muchas gracias

Hemos venido a este hotel desde Asturias un grupo de personas con Aspaym y llegamos tarde y nos dieron de comer igualmente y para cenar teníamos zona reservada y el trato del camarero MARCELO ha sido estupenda, recomiendare este hotel a todo el mundo. Gracias.

Hemos ido el día 7 de abril desde Sevilla. Llegamos a las 18. Nos asignaron una habitación pequeña, y comunicada con la contigua por una puerta por donde se oía todo lo que hablaban los vecinos. A las 23 h. llegó un grupo de Santander y le dieron habitaciones enormes y con vistas al mar. Nuestro horario de comidas eran las 8, 13 y 20, mientras que el del grupo del Santander eran 9,15, 14,15 y 21,15. A los 45 min de empezar a comer los empleados ya estaban echándonos de malos modos porque tenía que entrar el otro grupo. No nos ha pasado en ningún otro hotel. Experiencia desastrosa por la discriminación en la asignación de habitaciones y el trato recibido por los empleados.
