Localização boa, porém quarto muito precário (chuveiro, torneia não funciona direito, cama do tempo da pedra, caro e sem café incluso - lembrando que foi realizado reserva pelo candeias, que também não recomendo, pois nunca tem vaga e associados não são bem selecionados)

Atendimento muito bom, precisa melhor alguns detalhes, mais de mais esta ótimo. Ótima localização também, bem próximo as praias e ao Beto Carrero. Além de ter varias opções de comida, como por exemplo: Pizzarias, Hamburguerias, etc.

Não se pede chamar de pousada a Ilha do Itacolomi. Vendi para uma familia no mês de agosto e foi totalmente desgradável. Esta no site da viagens Promo como pousada, porém está muito longe disso; Não tem papel higiênico no quarto, a porta do banheiro caiu em cima do meu cliente, café da manhã péssimo e todos os funcionários sem um pingo de vontade de atender, chegando a ser grossos e mal educados. Meus clientes estavam com duas crianças e foram colocados num quarto em que a cama era encostada na janela e sem trava de segurança; Os mesmos não conseguirem nem passar a noite lá, foram para casa de parentes. Não recomendo, fijam deste lugar;

Quarto família... confortável... amplo.... limpo. Ambiente agradável com piscina, área de descanso, tem uma padaria ao lado, tem estacionamento nos fundos, local bem agradável. Ficamos uma noite apenas pois íamos ao Beto Carrero no dia seguinte.

Agendei reserva para 3 dias em janeiro de 2022. Fui muito bem atendido pelo Caique e pela Samara. Acredito que o estabelecimento mereça algumas melhorias no mobiliário interno, estacionamento e café da manhã. No mais desejo sucesso ao proprietário, o Sr Beto e família para 2022 e próximos anos.
