入住時 房間內異味煙味極濃 地毯上有很多頭髮 前台服務員態度惡劣，開門卡片開不了門，連續兩次到前台刷卡都不行

萬和真的沒有之前好了，設施設備舊了。重點門一點不隔音，門縫還漏光。。一晚上都沒怎麼睡好，一直聽着關門的哐當哐當的關門聲音。過道的説話聲。。。。
