2024/11月到澎湖出差商務第一次入住豐家，本人已多次來澎湖之前住過豐國想說之前常經過豐家這次體驗一下同為一聯鎖體系的，沒想到這次體驗真的讓我很失望….本來想說算了不想寫什麼，但想想應該把自己遇到的體驗寫出來，讓旅人們能夠留意進住時的體驗及讓業者當班人員改進的空間，首先我先講我住宿遇到的下列問題： 1.洗澡熱水真的要等非常久才有。 2.馬桶的水壓很少，很難沖的乾淨。 3.冷氣較老舊，聲音大難入睡。 4.現場的早餐非照片是自助式而是套餐，網頁上並無告知資訊揭露，到早上用餐才知道，這點有些失望。 5.房間設備較老舊，門扇隔音真的不是很好。 6.其實這點就真的很差，房間內有死蟑螂🪳的屍體。 7.其實服務人員大致態度真的都不錯！唯其中有位早班櫃檯微胖的小姐，真的很不太會說話…起因在房內有附2罐飲用水，因為晚上我喝完了，想說續住下樓外出時再要一瓶帶出門，我說真的在外行旅30多年真的我第一次遇到那麽不會說話的服務人員，他說我給你一瓶但是會扣房間一瓶！不會再給你瓶裝水💦！我聽了很無語，要麻就是入住都說環保無送瓶裝飲用水，我也就能理解，但我還是第一次遇到為了一瓶水摳扣的，他的權責可能沒辦法贈水我能理解，只是回話的方式給客人真的是…..把這個團隊的努力都白費了。唉！ *寫了這麼多缺點，但也要寫一豐家的優點：就是有機場接送、代租車服務，但入住自己要記得詢問喔！特別誇獎ㄧ下開車送機的小姐姐服務態度真的很好！還有櫃檯另2位瘦瘦的小姐姐服務也真的很客氣。

還可以接受，乾淨整潔，地理位置不錯

The room is clean, the bath water is hot enough, and the breakfast is good

住10樓能看到夜景很美！地點又在市區很方便，尤其是早餐好好吃，中西式很多選擇，但房間燈光就是暗了點，若能明亮點會更好！

I stayed on the 12th floor and had a good view. The breakfast was a set meal and was good. However, the door of the room was a bit out of place like the aluminum door of a house. The wind door didn't close very well and would be opened again by the wind. The door felt like I was living in an apartment. The kettle used to boil water was broken, and the water would not shut off when it boiled. 4/3 of a bottle of mineral water was burned. When I asked the counter if I wanted another bottle, I was told that I had to go to the water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor to fill it with water. The counter said we arrived at the hotel at 1:00PM relatively early and knew we couldn’t check in until 3:00PM, so I asked where we could have lunch? The counter didn’t know what to ask...

除了早餐稀飯有消毒水味道，其他服務、設備、環境都很到位。
