The Hotel Pendleton, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

So, this is a motel not a hotel, so the name is confusing. The location is what we wanted tho to be right downtown to it was suitable for that. They have a restaurant and bar--actually you check in at the bar. The room we had was upstairs and facing the street, but the businesses were closed for the weekend so it was quiet. The room, was small, no closet. No carpeting. No overhead lighting. The bathroom had the deepest tub I've seen in a hotel and it was hard to get in and out to shower. When we arrived with 2 people we had 2 bath towels, 2 hand hotels and 1 washcloth. We had to go to the front desk to request more towels (even tho it had been requested when we submitted the reservation.) Although the room itself was clean, there were bags of garbage left outside at the top of the stairs and what started at 2 bags grew during our stay. Somewhat unsightly. The parking garage was also full of garbage etc. They did have a breakfast offered for free. I didn't care for the coffee. They had hard boiled eggs, wrapped pastries, packets of oatmeal and cereal. Juice and bagels ready to be toasted with cream cheese and butter. Also yogurt. They only had 2 tables for seating tho. They also have a restaurant where you can purchase breakfast/lunch or hot dogs in the evening. My biggest issue is the emails and texts. Starting the day before arrival I started receiving emails and texts. And they kept coming days after. I had to do my complete check-in on my phone: ID, credit card etc. But at check out I waited and waited as they tried to assist someone with their bill and finally gave up and just left my keys. Then I got an email to check out of my room. So far I've received more than 10 emails/texts--many duplicates. I hope they stop soon.

Cute, quaint, nostalgic, really nice place to stay. Clean room and centrally located. Easy to find in downtown Pendleton.

The front staff was very nice and made me feel welcome the manager Gabby dose a great job very kind and very helpful Eden's kitchen is very good food rooms and lounge are very nice I stay there again and again

Just stayed for a quick hitter on a night in late May. Great rooms, brand new decor, completely remodeled rooms... a nice alternative from the usual Pendleton fair and a cool large bar in the lobby. Excellent employees as well. The perfect location for everything in downtown Pendleton in any direction. It's a great walking town anyway.

I stopped in Pendleton because I was tired. After looking around a bit I found a reasonable rate at The Hotel Pendleton. I was beyond pleased! Staff was friendly and my room was great. Nicely decorated, comfortable, and clean. And I loved being right down town (there’s a fantastic steak house a block away). If I’m ever in Pendleton again, I’ll definitely stay at the Hotel Pendleton!!

Very clean, friendly, great location to all city functions. They were very accommodating with our requested room and other needs. The area was safe and very walkable throughout the city. Parking was convenient and safe. The Underground tunnel tour was in walking distance as well as the river walk.
