This is truly one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. The property is absolutely stunning, set on the most beautiful island. We stayed in a newly renovated overwater bungalow and it was flawless. The staff are incredible—friendly, attentive, and genuinely go above and beyond. We loved the seamless communication via WhatsApp; they replied within seconds every time. Although renovations were happening on other parts of the resort, they completely paused work during our stay to make sure we weren’t disturbed—such a thoughtful touch. We cannot recommend this place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!

Super welcoming and very helpful staff, always available. Beautiful pool, beautiful spaces and spacious rooms. Bicycles available for free which is very appreciated for getting around the island. Proximity to the sea while being far enough from the noise of the seaside restaurants. Only point of attention: the treatment of the pool which could be improved for more transparency of the water and less felt chemicals.

Bamboo design is very unique this my first time to staycation into unique design of resort, it's so make me feel back to nature, great panorama of sunrise and very beautiful sunset when evening it's make me speechless this is my great holiday in lombok I will back here again when I have a chance again.

I had plan for a vacation before and I chose Lombok for the first time and I never thought I would find a place to stay that is very organized like this, it has a comfortable room and a beautiful view, especially in the evening the atmosphere is very memorable for me if I have another chance I will come here again to have staycation in the future

I planned a vacation in Lombok and I found this hotel with a unique design made of bamboo and there are also rides in it, and there is a beautiful lake and beach with an extraordinary sunrise view, very unique and memorable during my vacation here.
