What can i say? The rooms are Ok and it‘s cool for the kids to have the pool just outside the room. The staff is very friendly and always trying to help. On the other side of the coin there is no beach in front of the hotel anymore. A storm took it away and it was replaced by a concrete wall. The service level is inexistent. Every morning they tell us they now have chocolate cornflakes only to then come back and say they were wrong —＞ kids really angry, great start. Although we are almost the only guests here they manage to forget our breakfast order twice in 4 days and make us wait one hour. Honestly, for the price they are asking to stay here this is a 1star rating. If it was cheaper they‘d at least get 2 stars. But still, very underwhelming.

Room, pool and staff were nice But there is a problem with this resort. It is hard to see where there has been any maintenance in several years. The approach is shabby and poorly lit, the deck is extremely dated and there is nothing to encourage paying trade. The outdoor lighting to the rooms needs to be updated as well as most of the common parts of the resort. The bathrooms are dreadful. There have been plants in what was clearly partly an outside bathroom (common in these parts) but there were a couple of struggling weeds and the rest of this garden(?) is just a muddy swamp. Everything is old and in need of replacement for example, the toilet seat is covered in scratches - no doubt from vigorous cleaning but it looks appalling. It seems like poor management is to blame for this state of affairs. The in house staff are doing their best but it is a losing battle. Such a shame.

Overall I am really happy and enjoyed during my stay here. I stayed for 3days and 2 nights. The bed is comfy. Thanks for that i got a good sleep. They have pool and we can directly access in front of our room. The facilities are working well. The food is delicious. The staffs are also friendly and helpfull.

The room is huge, clean and tidy. Specially the swimingpool make our trip was Memorable, in the Morning when we take our brekfast, you can see the beautifull ocean, the staff from the front to the back office is verry warm welcome to us, they make our feel like feel at home. keep going to make all guest happy, we will back again. Thank you Mr Alwi and entire Team Gili air Lagoon.

Spend my 2 night stay here with memorable experience. Very suitable for couple travelers or families. If you want a quiet atmosphere for healing, this place is the best choice. The location is very close to the port and several local restaurants. You can enjoy the sunrise and sunset as well as the very clear beauty of Gili Air beach. You can go around the island by bicycle, 'Cidomo' or even on foot. Don't miss snorkeling at Turtle beach and seeing the beauty of the coral here. If you have a longer stay, you can explore Gili Trawangan and Gili Meno islands by taking a speed boat. Highly recommended

Our stay at Gili Air Lagoon was most enjoyable and of a tropical environment standard. The room was clean, cool and tidy and the staff were extremely helpful. The problem with reviews is that people tend to forget where they are and that they are on holidays. If you want alll the luxuries of home don’t go on holidays then. We go on holidays with no expectations and are always delighted and surprised by our experience, Gili Air Lagoon was another wonderful experience. From being serenaded on arrival to being provided with a great opportunity to live within this unique and wondrous part of Indonesia. It’s a 5 out of 5 from us and we hope to be back again real soon.
