Best location within the Island if you look for sleeping quite and stay on the coast. You can also snorkle in.front of the hotel and it's plenty of restaurants and bycicles' rent around.
Breakfast is all right.

Fantastic resort with eco pool on the beachfront with all rooms having sea view. Tasty breakfast. Great welcoming staff and owner. Well priced. Lovely rooms and comfy beds. All with the best snorkelling on Gili Air right on your dooorstep. Will be our go to place to stay on Gili Air as we WILL be back….

Second time here this place is what you need for a berry relaxing holiday, with turtles and fish out from the shore and a beautiful coral cove,, who needs a tv, bean bags and bamboo lounges next to a bar with sum nice refreshing drinks, breakfast is fresh and is included, and there’s a lunch and dinner menu for those who don’t want to walk the sandy tracks to the other restaurants,, great stay, don’t forget the sunscreen.

Juliantos is right on the beach. It has lovely shaded sun lounges on the beach with great snorkeling straight off the beach. We had an upstairs room with a lovely verandah overlooking the pool and beach. The room was clean with air con, ceiling fan, fridge and tea/coffee making. The breakfast was one of the nicer ones in Bali/lombok with lovely fresh juices, eggs of any type or pancakes, tea/coffee and lovely fresh homemade sour dough toast. Easy walking distance to all the restaurants either end of the island. Tony is friendly and helpful as are all of his staff. Water refill station in the restaurant area and also at the beachside bar.

I loved staying at Juliantos on Gili Air. The quiet location,laid back vibe and great staff make it special.It is eco friendly and doesnt sell plastic water bottles.The pool is water from the sea,filtered through charcoal.so nice. This is not a fancy place.Its simple but rooms have air conditioning and fan,ensuite and nice views across the sea.a simple breakfast is served and the onsite spa is excellent for massages and facials etc.A few things do need attention. eg the curtains need to be thicker and some replaced.B1 has stains or mould all over one.The beds are very firm,if thats what you like.too hard for me with back problems. Snorkels etc are free and theres good snorkelling right in front of Juiantos.You can easily walk across the island past shops etc to the busier other side if you want to. Restaurants and mini mart all around the island. If your laid back and not fussy youll love it.

Stayed only 1 night of a 5 night stay. Dangerous and disgusting - The property was in a terrible state of disrepair we were extremely upset and disappointed with the state of disrepair and hygiene of room A3 the curtains are mouldy one socket is hanging out of the wall by the bed with live we wires sticking out the fan is dangerously wobbling when switched on the and sink and toilet both leak in the bathroom and the towels are grey and stained there is one bin for the toilet paper and rubbish we are very upset by this as this is not how the rooms are mis represented on *********** it is not a deluxe room it is more like an abandoned youth hostel there are no amenities in the room. The grounds are unkempt the breakfast unpleasant and in dirty cafetière and stained crockery. The owner has not responded to my complaint and *********** gave me £10 refund. Don’t waste your time and money there are plenty of beautiful places nearby which are clean well maintained and properly managed.

“Juliantos” at Gili Air ‘s best section of beachfront , uncluttered access to beach and snorkelling , overlooking Lombok and the sunrising (if youre up in time) - a genuine Bali feel about it - with a western level of efficiency and homely customer service. Good staff and delightful hosts. Delicious food, quiet and relaxed. Easily Accessible to all parts and activities of the island without being in the actual hustle and bustle. Excellent value for extremely reasonable price.

Very bad hotel , not a 4star hotel, maybe 2 because of location. We had a delux Room , ants crawling , damage floor, curtain dirty. Electricity damaged , hanging out off the Wall . After informing the hotel, with no help ,We left after 1 night and found a new hotel
