Great place for a short stay. The hotel is not new, but is in great shape. The room was comfortable and clean, and quiet. The beds were comfy and the breakfast was excellent for a buffet. I would recommend this place.

Easy to find and a simple check in. Room was very large with all amenities but no safe. All looked clean and newly refurbished. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine in the room. Lots of nearby restaurants and shops a 5 minute drive away. Breakfast was plentiful and regularly replenished. Great juices and coffee. Elevators and ice machines were quiet. Lots of parking.

Nice stay with friendly people at front desk. Good breakfast with all you can eat, room was big and clean, only downside it is in the middle of nowhere. But we didn't want tp walk around so that's fine

The hotel itself is good. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean. The 1 star rating comes from how good the ham and cheese scrambled eggs are at breakfast. My problem was with the staff. I had a reservation booked to check-in Wednesday, and checkout Saturday. My plane coming into Florida Wednesday got cancelled very last minute, due to storms where I am at. I called them as soon as I found out it was cancelled (about 6 pm Wednesday night), to try to get a check-in date change. The woman working the front desk was very rude and sounded like I was bothering her with my call. She ended up telling me that she could not change the check in date, because it was after check in time. I know for a FACT that this is not true, and they are 100% able to change the arrival date at any time, as long as the room has not already been digitally checked in. I used to work for Hilton (as a front desk employee), and I had situations like this happen all the time, and it was very easy to change the arrival date when a circumstance out of a guests control comes up. At the end of the day, I was forced to digitally check in, even though I had not arrived and would not be arriving until the following afternoon, or I was told I would lose my reservation altogether and would have to rebook. Anyone who has booked hotels before knows that booking a hotel the night before your arrival is 20 times more expensive than if you do it weeks in advance like I did. Anyway, I am not happy that I had to pay for a night that I did not even to get to stay at the hotel for. It was unprofessional, and I know it is NOT the Hilton Standard. Very disappointed, and I will not be staying here again.
