It can be regarded as a good hotel in Pemberton, not bad! If you want to save money, call the front desk directly to book, which is cheaper than going through Ctrip! It cost another 100 knives to pay another tax when I went there. Ctrip didn’t say anything, and the hotel said it must be paid. I’m a little upset!

Always love coming up to Pemberton Valley Lodge. Great place to stay. Fantastic pool and hot tub. Staff is super friendly. Really appreciate the EV charging, both Tesla and regular.

We have always enjoyed our stays at the Pemberton Valley Lodge. One of those places where you hesitate to write too glowing a review because you don't want it to become too popular so you can't stay again. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms and lots of really nice little touches.

The lodge was clean, suite was roomy and clean. The patio for the suite could have been cleaner, there was a lot of spider webs and debris. Pool was nice but a bit small. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The check in and check out experience was unacceptable. The staff were more reliant on their computer system and directing us rather than treating us as guests. Although we checked out at the correct time, we could not get a receipt for the room and deposit. We were told that we were not checked out until it was entered in their system. That required that the room was checked by the manager who was not on the premises. We were concerned that charges could still be taken from our deposit. We requested a room check by another staff member and it was uncertain if that was done.
