Fabuleux séjour a the Aiyana !!! Tout était parfait, les chambres sont magnifiques avec la vue sur mer, l'accueil et le service est personnalisé, discret et toujours bienveillant. Finalement la cuisine est raffiné et toujours à base de produits frais.

A magic environment - a magic place - a magic hotel with a manager and team so kind and cool. Villas are top and very nicely arranged - Atmosphere is so charming and familial. You feel like in your own home !The opposite of the fully included big hotels of Zanzibar.

Incredible resort on the loveliest beach. The villas are stunning. We were treated like royalty by Bella and were so impressed to hear that the owner is very invested in the local and supports free education and healthcare. The food was wonderful and the people couldn’t have been nicer.

I just spent 5 nights at Aiyana with my husband and my two daughters. A true paradise. Pemba is wonderful with its lush nature and its colorful and smiling people. The villas of Aiyana are incredible, we stayed in number 1, with a treatment like a prince. It almost seemed too much. The staff is very kind and ready to satisfy your every desire. Every evening you eat in a different place, near the pool, on the beach, at the restaurant or in your personal villa. Truly 5-star treatment, an investment that is worth every penny! The owner is a person who takes care of the guest, a fantastic artist and chef with a big heart. Thank you all for the wonderful hospitality.

Hotel is very nice on the outside but 1.5 hours away from the airport, the service was absolutely horrible, insects in food and spiders on the bedsheets. Also there is no transparency on the tariff as we were charged an exorbitant amount on check-out without any context.

Pretty bad experience. Though hotel is at good location and constructed really well but it has multiple issues which make the overall experience really poor 1) Bed had spiders and bed bugs 2) Hospitality & service was really poor 3) Food had flies - faced this issue multiple times 4) Most important, they charged me extra amount - conned by promising certain rate and later while checking out, they asked to pay double the amount they quoted @Bella is the person from sales who managed our booking. Very bad experience

We booked with Aiyana early Dec - they had amazing specials on and when we checked in our upgrade got upgraded to the Ambassador Suite, complete with its own pool and sundeck, right on the beach. The owner is an artist and landscaper and as you can imagine, the gardens are pretty amazing. The unit had an upstairs room and outside bathroom. We opted for the ground floor bedroom, also with an outside bathroom and a lovely bath to soak your weary bones! The beach is quiet and clean and no "beach boys" harassing you constantly. Meals were excellent and so also the service and attention to detail. Aiyana has a lovely spa & gym, canoes, SUP's and can arrange just about any other activity on the island. It was such a blessing to stay there.

Wir waren in einer schönen, sehr grossen Prestige Beach Villa in einer fantastischen Anlage mitten in der Natur untergebracht. Der Service wie auch das Essen ist sehr gut. Natürlich ist der Service nicht gleich schnell, wie wir es gewohnt sind. Es kann passieren, dass der Kaffee etwas verspätet gebracht wird, dafür wird man mit einer Herzlichkeit bedient und umsorgt, die wir so sehr, sehr selten erlebt haben. Das Resort ist etwas abgelegen und sehr ruhig (was wir gesucht haben). Unsere drei Ausflüge (Mangroven im Einbaum, Sundowner zur Sandbank im Einbaum und Gewürzfarm) wurden durch die äusserst charmante Bella sehr gut organisiert und haben uns gefallen. Mindestens wöchentlich wird ein romantisches Dinner am Strand mit einer Folklore (durch das Personal!) durchgeführt. Wir wurden zudem zu einem Dinner zu Zweit am Strand eingeladen was uns überrascht und gefreut hat (wieso – keine Ahnung -＞ danke Bella!).
