Good hotel, nice bed, cold a/c, huge parking area. Surrounded with many resto, mini market.

Smelly and dirty room, bathroom hasnt been washed at least since previous stay, and couch is stuff of nightmares

Really nice place to stay. Rooms were absolutely amazing. Clean, new and spacious. Me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time.

The room is big, aircon cool, clean, and easy access to go anywhere in Siantar

Room was acceptable for a 3 star hotel in Siantar. There is a swimming pool and a cafe. Room was spacious . Soap bar was provided instead of shower gel. Service was okay as well

I ordered double bad...they gave me single and they said...no collaboration with trip.com...so they don't take responsibility. Please pay attention, consumers don't understand why the hotel says there is no cooperation?

The receptionist was very kind. However, I was disappointed that there was no hair dryer.

Nice hotel located near the center of Siantar. Breakfast meets all requirements. Nice pool and nice staff. Just book once. Do choose building B. This is fairly new and recently built. In the evening on the other side good food for little money. Recommended
