Nous avons passé un moment merveilleux et magique , un séjour de rêve. La qualité des lodges la nourriture la bienveillance des employés tout était au top et le boss alors toujours le mot pour rire Et notre petit chalet au milieu des bois pour une nuit était tout simplement féerique et ces aurores boréales que dire Un immense et particulier merci à notre guide Adrian avec qui nous avons passé des moments vraiment au top Il est aux petits soins pour nous tous , ses explications ses anecdotes son sourire permanent son sérieux mais aussi sa simplicité et son sens de l’humour nous ont ravi. Je le recommande et je crois pouvoir parler au nom de toutes les personnes avec qui nous avons passé ce séjour

La gérante est plus que désagréable. Nous étions un groupe mixte francophone/néerlandophone, elle ne faisait pas l effort de parler en anglais. Tout était expliqué et écrit en Néerlandais et tampis pour vous. Nous avons tous payé la même chose et je pense qu'il est normal de tous pourvoir comprendre le déroulement des vacances: lieu de départ des activités, ou aller chercher les combinaisons, heures des repas, organisation du retour, ... D'ailleurs l heure de départ du bus indiquée sur les documents était différente pour les différents couples. Heureusement que nous communiquions entre nous. Nous nous sommes donc rendu à la réception et les heures étaient fausses, comment rater son avion ... Il y a un frigo dans le lodge mais il est vide, il faut aller à l'accueil si vous voulez quelques choses pour prendre l'apéro. Le magasin le plus proche est à 8km, 50€ le taxi aller/retour. Il en profite clairement en vendant la petite bière à 8€ (2,5€ en magasin). Le lodge en lui même est bien, les repas sont corrects. Heureusement les activités organisées par nordic étaient géniales.

Steeds als je denkt dat het niet beter kan, overtreft het team van Valkea ons weer. Valkea is een relatief klein 'vakantiepark'. De benadering is erg persoonlijk. Veel excursies starten op locatie of er wordt een bus naar locatie geregeld. Ontzorgen en meedenken staat hoog in het vaandel. Op de eerste dag deden we mee aan de excursie met sneeuwschoenen. Mijn ouders moesten afhaken. De kindjes bleven achter bij zwager en schoonzus. Eén van de gidsen (en eigenaar van Valkea bleek later) bracht de achterblijvers naar het pauzepunt met een prachtige arreslee, waar we toch gezamenlijk konden pauzeren. Toen mijn broertje met zijn zoontje de excursie naar Santa Clause Village moest cancelen, was het niet meer dan vanzelfsprekend dat hij kwam lunchen in het restaurant, waar eigenlijk niet op hun aanwezigheid gerekend was. Ontbijt, lunch en diner hadden we steeds aan dezelfde tafel in het restaurant. Hierdoor hadden we geen gestress over voldoende plekken voor onze groep van 11. De kleintjes in het restaurant kregen ook steeds als eerste hun eten uitgeserveerd. Daarna de rest van de gasten, dat gaf rust voor de kindjes en hun ouders 😉 Voor de kinderen (en volwassenen) was er buiten de excursies om geen tijd voor verveling. Ieder huisje had zijn eigen sleetje! Wat een lol hebben we hier mee gehad! Als kers op de taart werden we op kerstavond verrast met een bezoekje van niemand minder dan de kerstman! Alle kids konden even op schoot en kregen een mooi kado mee. Al met al heeft het personeel van Valkea ons een onbezorgde en onvergetelijke vakantie bezorgd. De communicatie was goed, hulp stond altijd klaar, excursies startten op tijd en het personeel is professioneel en uitzonderlijk vriendelijk. Zeker een aanrader!

Amazing location, well-equipped apartments with private sauna, private fireplace and a breathtaking view to the lake. The breakfast and the dinner were both delicious and you can also organise retreat activities in the Safari room. Great place to recharge your batteries.

Un grand merci à toute l'équipe du Valkea Lodge et plus particulièrement à Maureen et Mika. Disponibilité, conseils, sourire, gentilesse. Une parfaite organisation. On était proche de la perfection. Les excursions proposées étaient toutes aussi merveilleuses les unes que les autres. Les lodges étaient parfaitement équipés (mini cusine, feu à bois, chauffe bottes, salle de bain avec chauffage au sol, petit salon, ...). Un très bon moment dans une splendide région.

Wij waren hier samen met onze dochters en schoonzoons. Fantastische accommodatie van alle gemakken voorzien. Het hoofd gebouw gezellig, heerlijk ontbijt, lunch en diner. De activiteiten perfect geregeld in sprookjesachtig wit landschap.

Voyage magique, découvertes au niveau de nos espoirs. Personnel très sympathique et serviable, quelques-uns parlant le français. Chalet propre et très confortable, excursions qui mettent des étoiles dans les yeux. Nous sommes partis avec l'agence Nordic et tout fut impeccable.

Quatre jours d'expériences parfaitement organisées . Matériel grand froid bien apprécié . Le personnel dirigeant est efficace , celui des activités est principalement anglophone . Le restaurant est bien agréable malgré une nourriture assez moyenne . Belle découverte de la nature en pleine figure , exceptionnel comme site .
