We had a truly wonderful stay at Udaan Olive, Pelling! The reception staff is very kind, helpful, and caring for your requirements especially Mr. Karan. Their hospitality made our trip even more special. The rooms are spotless, with stunning scenic views from the window and balcony, and the bathrooms are clean and well-maintained—you really feel at ease here. A major plus at this hotel is the pure vegetarian restaurant. The food is delicious, with a great variety perfect for veg travelers. The restaurant staff were gentle, attentive, and genuinely caring about our food preferences, which made dining here a lovely experience. Our dining experience was wonderful with the help of Miss. Itma and Miss Akriti. Overall, Udaan Olive offers a peaceful, comfortable, and welcoming experience. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Pelling, especially if you value genuine hospitality and pure veg food options including Jain and Swaminarayan food.

Amazing stay at udaan olive wonderful hotel and great food. I am really impressed by the things :- 1. Great mountain view 2. Amazing food 3.good rooms 4. Location is beautiful. The most important is Mr. Karan chhetri, I mean this boy is really amazing and smart he helped us in everything and supported as at whatever time I call him. This is very surprising to see a staff like Taj hotel in pelling mountain areas. But I am really really impressed by the hotel and the front office staffs ..Mr. Thendup bhutia and manish limboo as well Thank you so much.

We shifted to Udaan Olive hotel in Pelling due to the number of disadvantages of the other Udaan property Khang Chen view resort and spa at Pelling. Udaan Olive has a better location and has comfortable approach till the reception for seniors, children and the differently abled. However there's no elevator and the ease of approach is very precarious beyond the reception. Food is vegetarian but not matching the quality we experienced in the Udaan Keepsa Gangtok. Staff are warm and helpful, a common trait in all Udaan properties. One curious observation: All Udaan properties have the same restaurant menu, which can make the eating experience lack variety for travellers like me going from one Udaan property to another.

Went with Family on March 18th to 20th ( Checkout ) As Udaan's Common Culture, Staff is Welcoming and Humble. Food is Nice. Location is Not so Good but You can see Kanchanzunga from Restaurant and some Rooms. Rooms and Hotel is OK but Not so Good Compare to other Cities. Actually, As per My View, You can Skip Pelling & Kalimpong Entirly, If you already done with Ravangla, Namchi and Gantok.

Excellent services and a great place to stay & relax. The hotel also gave wonderful memories with beautiful view of Kanchenjunga peaks. Recommend to every one who wants to have pleasant memories. Staff is the best I have seen. Very humble.’
