The room is good & clean but the washroom window was broken. Also good price is too high compair to tha other restaurant.

Lock of bathroom was defective. Geyser was not working. Commode not working properly. Food quality horrible. Behaviour of reception is not good at all.

Staffs behavior is so humble and services are very good specially location and food, Kanchenjunga view room is awesome with all the amenities and Ms. Tashi, Ravi and Chandan helped our staying so nice.

The room's flush was broken and when asked for extra glass it wasn't provided. It's view was good and clean bedding.

Just replace the lady sitting as the receptionist. She is very rude, impolite and a very bad human. Bad service for the guests!
