Everything very careful, new, very clean and the staff very attentive. The bar boy and receptionist were very friendly. Parking included in the same hotel. The spectacular jacuzzi and a very large terrace, all taken care of in detail. Highly recommended for a romantic night! We will surely return another time.

The hotel rooms leave a lot to be desired. An empty minibar, smells in the bathroom from the drain. Pillows like cigarette papers that you wake up with a terrible neck. Walls where you can hear everything… Then the hotel parking is super poorly done. Very narrow to be able to maneuver the car. The only good thing was the attention and friendliness of the short-haired receptionist/waitress.

good hotel in danger a few kilometers from Granada. room 110 correct size, with double bed with comfortable spring mattress, bathroom with shower and peaceful sleep. good staff and easy parking. It has a cafeteria with good coffee and good toast.

Not recommended even for one night. Only positive was friendly staff. Very poor breakfast: old rolls that came unheated from the freezer; little choice in toppings. the breakfast room is in a basement without windows. The beds were very bad. Stay away from here

We went to the hotel for a special night. We were in a room with a jacuzzi. The next day we began to feel bad. With a fever, a rash all over my body, itching... We went to the emergency room and they told us that we had "hot tub folliculitis" caused by bad and poorly treated water. Contact the hotel with the photos and the emergency report with the treatment and they have not done us the slightest case. An embarrassment, some scoundrels and a lousy cleanliness. We booked because of the good comments on booking and it was impossible to sleep. The hotel is next to a motorway roundabout and the insulation is very poor. They moved us to an interior room which partially reduced the noise, but when traffic resumed (around 6 a.m.) it was impossible to sleep. Rooms with furniture with defects. The price paid, although reduced, is not worth not sleeping. For little more we were able to sleep in a true 4-star hotel in Granada.

We spent a good night in this hotel, complete room with fridge, the only downside is that we took an offer of 1 night with breakfast and when we went to breakfast they told us that they had not written it down, mistake of the one who accepted that offer and told us that we did have breakfast, after this they told us to have breakfast anyway, but seeing that and that breakfast was super poor for €5, we decided to leave and have breakfast somewhere else. That yes, Hazards is a super nice town and with a lot of charm
