Kamas fasilitas dll enak. Receptionist baik bgt sabar, cuman managernya ampun bgt pas ada probleb checkin malah blg “lah saya dpt uang darimana kalau pesanannya disini gamasuk?” Padahal pihak hotel seharusnya yg konfirm ke semua aplikasi sponsor, karena customer hanya bisa menghubungi via cs aplikasi. Dan itupun tdk ada balasan, akhirnya setelah pihak hotel konfirm, mmg ada kesalahan dari aplikasi dan hotel. Hmmmm semoga kedepannya managernya lebih baik lg ya.
