- For a 4-star hotel, bathroom amenities are incomplete, no comb, no cotton buds
-slow wifi signal, watching TV is stuck
- breakfast has many choices but the taste still needs to be improved
- breakfast for children aged 3 years is 75,000/child
+ prayer mats and the Koran are provided in the room
+ room cleanliness is okay, only the carpet in the corridor/hallway is dusty
