This hotel has a comfortable atmosphere and friendly service, perfect for a relaxing vacation. The rooms are clean, although a bit small, but the facilities are complete. The location is also strategic, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. The breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices. The only drawback may be the price is a bit expensive compared to the facilities offered. But, overall, the experience of staying was satisfying.

The hotel room was nice and modern but the view from the booked room faced it's own wall (no view). As a result, I had to cancel the reservation & opt for a more expensive room with a view. It's location and surroundings are much to be desired.
Front office staffs are friendly but rigid and not flexible.
Not much amenities; just a small gym beside the small pool and a massage desk for massages to be done in your room. Do check your towel, bedsheet and pillow cases for any stains or dirt and get it replaced immediately. A 3.5 star rating for me.

this is my second time staying here. I want to say thank you for Ms. Vinka, very friendly in service and the checkin process was very fast. I was also given a room upgrade, it's an honor. I really like the facilities at this hotel and all the furniture and facilities here are all new and make me comfortable and will come back here again. there is a little advice, the first time I stayed here there was a problem, namely checkin took a long time and I was only able to check in to the room at 3pm and the receptionist was not friendly and didn't smile, please pay attention. but it's ok i will be back later, thank you grand zuri
