Overall everything is really good

Sorry but this hotel is highly not recommended 👎🏻 In addition to being dirty, it also smells and many of the facilities are damaged because it is old. Many of the room furniture is damaged, the bathroom smells, rusty, basically it looks worn out. The swimming pool floor is cracked, there are even ceramics that are cracked and shaken, very dangerous for those bringing children. The changing rooms in the swimming pool are incredibly dirty and smelly. It really doesn't match the price🤮 Previously stayed at the Angkasa Garden Hotel, moved here because it was closer to the SKA mall, but it turned out to be ZONK.. My child even cried asking to go back to Angkasa Garden because it was like the difference between heaven and earth, even though the price here is more expensive, fortunately it was only 1 night. Will never come back here again 👎🏼👎🏼

I was disappointed at first because the booking included breakfast but when I had breakfast my name didn't appear. After calling the sales manager, I finally found a solution. It was quite an experience outside of Nurul.

It's worth it for the cheap price, satisfactory facilities, the breakfast is also delicious. At first I was afraid of being bored because of other reviews but it turns out it's okay to come again.

When I entered, the smell of dust was really strong, it was really disgusting...how could the management make the hotel so dirty, there was really dust everywhere, strange management eating a blind salary...the standard breakfast wasn't good...the soap dispenser was an emergency...the rubbish bin was disgusting 🥹😏😭 😯😒….I sneezed so much because the room had a cold…..DO NOT ONE SLEEP IN THIS HOTEL PLS

The service and facilities were quite good, but I was a little disappointed because when I stayed again the air conditioning service was carried out which made me a little irritated

The rooms are good but many of the TVs have no signal and the AC is not cold enough

The room still smells of wall paint, the cleanliness of the mattress and blankets needs to be improved.
